The Joint Japan / World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program finances graduate and post-graduate studies for nationals of developing countries. Scholars pursue graduate studies internationally in one of the program’s partner or preferred university graduate programs.
The preferred masters programs include several with specializations in agriculture, natural resources management, water resources, forestry, earth sciences, environmental innovation, and others. Interested individuals apply directly to one or more of the preferred university programs, which in turn provide lists of eligible candidates to the World Bank’s scholarship program for consideration. In the case of partner universities, applicants apply directly to the universities and to the scholarship Secretariat.
The application deadline is 10 March 2016.
