Target: Business women who are in agriculture-related businesses including agricultural processing/Fashion industries including apparel and textiles.

Course objectives: The objectives of the course are as follows:

-Deepen mutual understanding of African and Japanese Women on each country’s efforts to support business women
-Build women’s capacities to start up and manage businesses
-Have business women share their information and experience
-Promote communication and networks between African and Japanese business women as well as among the course participants

Overall goal
This seminar aims to build the leadership and capacities of African women to start up and manage businesses, promote mutual understanding of African and Japanese women on each country’s efforts to support business women and promote communication and networks among African and Japanese business women.
